September 2022 Product Release Notes

This month’s product release includes updates to help you to better understand practice performance, garner more patient reviews, send timely and thoughtful automated patient communications, and more.  


  • Production analytics -- quickly understand your progress towards daily/monthly/annual goals and explore trends like revenue by treatment type. We’ve also fixed a bug for group practices so that the location toggle correctly updates this data.
  • Improved Case Acceptance accuracy for Eaglesoft users.  
  • Website customers can measure conversion rate, which tells you how effective your site is at converting brand awareness into leads. New data visualizations also illustrate trends in traffic & conversion over time.
  • We’ve added a patient-level export of confirmation & no-show data to better enable exploration alongside data from other systems.

Campaigns 2.0

Triggers – Use triggers that are events from your PMS or RevenueWell platform to allow you to send automated campaigns or messaging. With more flexible triggers, you can customize your communication. Some examples are: 

  • Next Visit – Before a patient comes in for a visit
  • Last Visit – After a patient comes in for a visit
  • No- Show – When a patient cancels an appointment 24 hours before scheduled

Automated Campaigns – Create campaigns that allow you to send on a recurring schedule to recipients that match the criteria of your campaign. With Automated Campaigns, you can select a schedule of how far before or after a trigger you want to send a campaign.

One Time Campaigns – Create campaigns that you wish to send to your audience just once.  

Featured Campaigns – A banner where you can create recommended campaigns in just 3 clicks.

On the Go app

  • We enabled messenger push notifications with multi-location support on the new RW On the Go mobile apps (iOS and Android) so users are immediately notified whenever they receive new messages from patients.  
  • Multi-location users will now receive push notifications about new messages from patients for the location they’re currently logged into and for all locations they have access to.

Reputation Management

Reputation Management is live for all users and can be found in the side dock navigation. Once users connect their Google & Facebook accounts, RevenueWell will pull in reviews from those and other sites (including Yelp) for them to see. Once connected they can use the new review generation link in their review request campaign to generate more patient reviews on Google & Facebook. Within the app, users can also directly respond to Google & Facebook reviews without having to leave the site.
