This release includes a new AI Receptionist standalone option to support your front office team, expanded mobile capabilities for teams on the go, enhanced insights for online scheduling, and fresh content added to RevenueWell TV to keep patients engaged.

AI Receptionist - Independent

Introducing a new standalone AI Receptionist that works with your existing patient engagement system and integrates with your PMS.

What it does:

  • Available 24/7 via phone, webchat, and text
  • Handles scheduling, rescheduling, FAQs, and patient info. collection
  • Reduces admin workload and frees up staff time

How you can use the AI Receptionist at your practice:

  • Manage inbound scheduling, direct appointment booking into your PMS based on your approval rules, proactive follow-ups for unconfirmed appointments, and automated collection of missing patient details.
  • Customize branding elements such as language (English or Spanish) chatbot appearance, intro messaging, and phone settings including the AI’s name and voice.
  • Configure emergency handling, call transfer rules, and FAQs to ensure accurate responses and maintain appropriate guardrails.

AI Receptionist – Independent is best for both solo and multi-location practices who aren’t using RevenueWell’s Marketing Platform as their patient engagement system.

For Marketing Platform users, an integrated AI Receptionist is already available within the system.

On the Go Mobile App

We’ve made some enhancements to the On the Go app so that both the iOS and Android apps offer a fully consistent experience. Using the On the Go app lets you stay in touch with patients when you’re working remotely or running errands and need to stay in the loop with what’s happening at your practice.  

What’s included in the app:

  • Full softphone functionality (calls, voicemail, call history)
  • Reliable call handling across all app states
  • Appointment management (view, confirm, request)
  • Messaging, patient profiles, insights, and push notifications

Online Scheduling

You can now add a GA4 Measurement ID to track scheduling performance, including appointment requests and direct bookings from the appointment lead request form and direct links or embedded widgets.  

Adding this measurement ID gives you visibility into how many appointments are generated from online scheduling tools.  

You can find it under Settings > Application Settings > Online Scheduling.
