This release includes an enhancement to Insurance Verification that’s designed to improve security and provide more reliable verifications.

Insurance Verification

‍To improve security and prevent loss of access to payer portals, RevenueWell now requires being added as a user within your insurance portals. This allows our system to verify insurance without relying on shared credentials or repeated authentication steps.

By doing this, you’ll see fewer verification interruptions and no more repeated password re-entry or chasing verification codes. That means you’ll receive more accurate eligibility results.
