June Release Notes

This release brings a few updates that make it easier to stay on top of patient conversations: a new Active Conversations tab for AI Receptionist - Independent, and multi-location support in Messenger. Plus, the Payments tab is being moved to a new spot in the Marketing Platform, and Healthgrades is being sunset. No action is needed on your part.

AI Receptionist - Independent: Active Conversations

We've added a new tab that gives you a real-time view of conversations as they're happening showing anything in a Critical, Moderate, or Active state so you can open it up and stay engaged with the patient. It lives alongside the existing Actionable Conversations tab, so you can monitor what's happening now and manage what needs follow-up next.

• Filter by location (or view "All Locations" across a multi-location account)
• Adjust the date range (defaults to Yesterday + Today)
• Track volume at a glance with the case count badge

Messenger: Multi-Location Support

If you manage messages across multiple locations, Messenger just got a lot more convenient. You can now view incoming messages from every location you have access to in one real-time stream, including every phone number tied to a location, instead of switching between locations to keep tabs on conversations.

• Filter by one, multiple, or all locations, and one, multiple, or all phone numbers

• Each conversation is tagged with location info so you always know which office a patient belongs to

• Messages stay organized in a unified thread per patient and location, even across multiple numbers (a patient contacting a different location starts a separate thread)

Payments Navigation

The Payments page is moving from the home page to the left-hand navigation menu to provide a more organized experience when working in the Marketing Platform. Your existing settings, preferences, and payment data will carry over automatically. No action needed, and nothing about Payments functionality is changing.

Healthgrades Deprecation

The Healthgrades feature is being sunset and will no longer be available in RevenueWell. Customers will see an in-app message confirming the feature has been removed.
