June 2025 Product Release Notes

This month’s release includes a new, human-like AI Virtual Assistant ready to take over appointment scheduling and collecting missing patient information, so you can focus on higher priority work that grows your practice.  

Additionally, there’s a new Campaigns Dashboard available for multi-location practices. It helps you better understand campaign performance and make data-informed decisions that boost revenue and patient outcomes.  

RevenueWell’s Virtual AI Assistant

Fully integrated into the Marketing Platform, the AI Virtual Assistant is your newest teammate who works 24/7 across your website, phone, and text to take over scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, answering patient inquiries, and collecting missing patient information. She handles the back and forth, but you’re always in the loop with final say in appointment approvals and when information has been collected.

Here’s how she handles appointment scheduling:  

  • Inbound Chat: Books and responds to appointment requests on your website.
  • Inbound Voice: Handles appointment requests and direct scheduling by phone through a dedicated number.
  • Outbound Text: Texts patients who responded to the appointment confirmation but didn’t confirm to offer rescheduling or cancellation.
  • Outbound Voice: Calls patients who responded to the appointment confirmation but didn’t confirm to offer rescheduling or cancellation.  

* Fully customizable, the assistant handles only the appointments you choose, like after-hours bookings, new patients vs current patients or both, etc.

Here’s how she maintains your patient records:

  • Outbound Text: Sends a text to patients to collect missing information, with a secure link to their online forms to complete.
  • Outbound Voice: Calls patients and offers to text them a secure link during the call so they can complete their information online.

Campaign Dashboard for Multi-Location Practices

A new Campaigns Dashboard is now available in the Enterprise Admin Portal. Located in the Reporting tab, this dashboard makes it easier than ever to analyze, compare, and act on campaign data across multiple practice locations. The dashboard is split into KPI widgets, trend charts, and a campaign table allowing you to view campaign performance so you know what’s working and what can be improved. You’ll also be able to spot trends, show the monetary value of your campaigns, and how it impacts patient visits.

Here’s what you’ll find:

KPI Widget – Get a snapshot of your KPIs broken down.  

  • Total campaigns and automated communications sent
  • Number of patients who received a communication
  • Number of scheduled appointments from a communication
  •  Percentage of patients targeted who booked an appointment
  •  Total revenue attributed to a campaign

Trend Charts – See campaign and patient activity over a selected reporting time to identify performance patterns.

  • Appointments and revenue generated from campaigns  

Campaigns Table - Go deeper into specific campaign performance.

  • Active patients (from your PMS) during a set period
  • Patients targeted by each campaign
  • Percentage of active patients who were reached
