
This release introduces enhancements designed to improve your efficiency and the patient experience. You can now receive live call transfers from the AI Receptionist when a patient needs to speak with your team, and you have the flexibility to run same-day insurance verifications for the most accurate coverage information.
Call transfer is now available! The AI Receptionist will offer to transfer calls to your team when a patient explicitly asks to speak to a real person, requests a specific team member, or when the patient has a need that's outside of AI's capabilities.
To enable this feature, configure your Practice Transfer Number within AI Settings. The AI Receptionist will use this number when routing calls, helping ensure every patient receives the support they need.

Same-day insurance verification is now available, so you have more flexibility over when you run verifications and ensure you have the most up-to-date coverage information, especially for recently scheduled appointments. You can toggle this setting On in the Payer and Scheduling Setup in the Settings tab. If you choose to keep it Off, verifications will continue to run automatically three days before the appointment.

Health History forms will auto-populate patient information from previously submitted Health History forms. This saves your patients’ time when completing forms and your team’s time inputting repeat data.
