July Release Notes

This release includes a reimagined Evaluate My Practice tool for sharper competitive insights across AEO and SEO, multi-location support and an updated Patient Profiles experience in the mobile app so it’s easier to keep up with the practice when you’re away from the front desk. Plus, more details have been added to Insurance Verification statuses, so you have clear next steps on how to resolve it.

Evaluate My Practice SEO and AEO Tool

Evaluate My Practice has been enhanced to give practices a sharper, more complete picture of their digital visibility. Instead of a surface-level snapshot, teams now get a full diagnostic that shows exactly where a practice stands against local competition and what to do about it.

The new report now includes:

  • AI Readiness scoring to show how well a practice is positioned for AI-powered search
  • Google Map Pack visibility to see how a practice shows up in local search results
  • Expanded report breakdowns for a more granular view of performance
  • Competitor comparisons to benchmark against other local practices
  • "Where to Focus First" recommendations to prioritize the highest-impact fixes
  • A downloadable PDF report to share findings with practices directly

Head to Evaluate My Practice for your practice report.

Mobile App

Multi-Location Support

Switching between practice locations is easier. You can now move between locations right from the Dashboard of the mobile app, with a consistent experience for how location selection works across the app. For practices managing more than one location, this means less time hunting for the right practice and more time staying on top of what's happening at each office.

Patient Profiles

We've refreshed the patient profile experience to make key actions and information easier to find, including:

  • Quick Call and Message actions
  • Four easy-to-navigate tabs

With everything organized and a tap away, your team can respond to patients faster without digging through screens, right from the mobile app.

Insurance Verification

When you're running an insurance verification, you'll now see more details around each status, so you understand why a verification may have failed. You'll also receive clear next steps on whether to re-verify insurance or follow up with the patient.
