January Release Notes

This release includes enhancements to the AI Receptionist, so practices can easily add their FAQs within RevenueWell and get both a summary and notes, so you have full context into how she interacts with patients and what needs your attention.

AI Receptionist Practice FAQs

The Practice FAQ experience has been enhanced so you can easily create and manage your practice’s most asked patient questions inside RevenueWell. No more refreshing and re-uploading documents. You have two ways to build your FAQs:

  1. Pre-created template: This has a set of FAQs where you can input answers.  
  2. Autofill from your website: You can let the AI Receptionist populate answers by analyzing your website. Simply add the link to the FAQ section.

AI Receptionist Transcript Summary and Notes

Transcripts has some new additions, so you have full context of what AI handled and what needs follow-up. This includes:

  • Summary: An overview of why the patient reached out, what actions were taken, and what happened, getting you quickly up to speed without having to scroll.
  • Notes: The messages that patients explicitly ask AI to pass along to the practice. This is currently available for AI voice calls only.

Save the Date and Welcome Packets

You now have more flexibility in how automated campaigns are delivered. Save the Date appointment reminders and Welcome Packets can be sent via text message, email, or both, so you can meet patients where they’re most likely to engage. Delivery options are managed directly within each campaign’s communication settings.
