We're introducing new insurance information collection capabilities designed to help practices capture more accurate insurance details, reduce manual data entry, and minimize patient follow-up before appointments. We've also made enhancements to AI Receptionist that make it easier to use.
Practices can now collect insurance information through appointment request forms and automated insurance information requests. Patients can snap a photo or upload a PDF of their insurance card, and RevenueWell's AI-powered Insurance Card Reader automatically captures key insurance details for review before submission.
For practices using AI Insurance Verification, submitted insurance information can automatically be used to begin verification. This helps to reduce administrative work and improve data accuracy.
Additionally, RevenueWell can automatically reach out to patients with missing insurance information before their appointment, allowing them to upload an insurance card.

Customers can now configure and enable their Voice Agent before Text Message Registration (TCR) approval, allowing them to get started with AI Receptionist - Integrated sooner. SMS is available automatically once TCR is approved.
It's now easier for practices to organize their FAQs, giving them more flexibility to make updates and manage AI Receptionist responses.
