Before you call, know that Kora is our AI Virtual Assistant. She understands natural, conversational language—so talk to her like you would a friendly front desk pro. Please follow the next 4 steps closely to learn how to best test her capacity.

2. Your Mission

You’ll be booking a new patient appointment for a cleaning. Keep it casual: try saying,

"Hi, I'd like to schedule a cleaning" or "Can I book an appointment for next week?"

3. What to Expect

Kora will ask:

  • If you’re booking for yourself or someone else (say it’s for you)
  • If you’re an existing or first-time patient (say first-time)
  • What type of appointment you want (say cleaning)
  • Your personal details (hold tight for Step 5)
  • When you’d like to come in (Step 4 will help)

4. Pick Your Time

Our test practice is “open” Monday–Thursday, 8 AM – 4 PM. Have a couple of options ready to offer, like:

  • “Wednesday afternoon works well.”
  • “Any availability for next Tuesday at 11?”
  • “How does next Monday look?”

5. Ready? Here’s the Number & Test Patient Info
