Are you up for a Bubble Gum Challenge? We are! That’s why we’re proud to sponsor the second annual Bubble Gum Challenge to help drive public awareness of oral cancer – a disease, that sadly, has a near 50 percent mortality rate. The event, created by Oral Cancer Cause, Inc. (OCC), works to improve the lives of oral cancer patients and their families through financial and emotional support, and leverages social media to help spread the word of their efforts. And, that’s a perfect spot for us to help.

“We’re proud to participate in OCC’s Bubble Gum Challenge, and to help promote awareness of oral cancer through our thousands of offices across the country,” said Chantal Dalton, Senior Manager, Strategic Alliance at RevenueWell.

Oral cancer kills one American every hour and 60,000 individuals are diagnosed annually. Along with promoting oral cancer awareness, the Bubble Gum Challenge seeks to raise donations for patients and their families to ease the financial strain of treatments and help them focus on their fight against cancer. All proceeds will be allocated to families struggling through diagnosis and treatment.

“Oral cancer patients and their families face many trials throughout treatments that can make it difficult to focus on recovery,” said Linda Miles, CSP, who co-founded OCC with Robin Morrison in memory of two family members who lost their battles with oral cancer.
